Standard Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via USPS or UPS and costs of handling. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following guidelines:
All items must be returned/exchanged in the condition received.
Any returned order which does not conform to the above guidelines will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Within 30 days from the date of sale, we will exchange your items, refund your money, or send you a gift certificate for the amount of purchase.
Credit for returns does not include shipping and handling. It applies to merchandise only. Once your return is received your credit card will be credited within 1 to 2 business days or a refund check will be issued in approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Exchanged merchandise will be shipped to the shipping address listed on the original invoice, unless otherwise noted. A $3.00 re-shipping and handling charge will be applied to all exchanged orders.
We are NOT responsible for duties or taxes incurred on packages shipped internationally. Please be prepared to deal with these issues after ordering. Canada *All prices are in U.S. Funds*
Damaged Merchandise
Upon receipt of a damaged package or item we ask that you contact Island Collections immediately to report the damage .
